HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Antonio area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
