HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Stone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
