HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Meridian Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
