HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Summit Property Management Group is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
