HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Wilder Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Salt Lake City plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
