HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Harbor Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
