HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Orchard Farms Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 280 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
