HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Rook Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
