HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Meadow Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
