HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Timber Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
