HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit Corner Construction is a Salt Lake City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
