HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Quill Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 328 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
