HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
