HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Sable Property Management manages apartment communities around Sacramento, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
