HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Rowan Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
