HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Forge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Sacramento. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
