HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Meadow Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 355 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
