HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Oak Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
