HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Lantern Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
