HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Civic Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
