Summit Thistle Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
