HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Vale Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
