HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Rochester, NY)

Nova Keystone Health Group is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
