HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Richmond, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
