HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Wilder Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
