HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Junction Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
