HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Juniper Legal Group provides legal services in Richmond across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
