HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Richmond, VA)

Summit Quarry Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
