HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
