HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

Redstone Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Reno with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Reno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
