HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Ashton Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Reno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
