HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Glen Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
