HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

Nova Linden Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Reno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
