HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sable Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
