HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Reno, NV)

Silverline Fox Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
