HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Farms Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
