HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Ivory Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Fresno with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
