HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Juniper Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Little Rock design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
