HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quarry Farms and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
