HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Juniper Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
