HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Energy Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
