HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
