HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Hollow Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
