HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Ivory Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
