HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 892 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
