HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Pike Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 210 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
