HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
