HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
