HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
