HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
